As an organisation committed to delivering in person programs, Lord Somers Camp and Power House knew in early March that things needed to change.
They quickly adapted and, with the crucial input of their members and volunteers, set about creating a range of interactive online options. Clear to not replace their existing programs, the organisation has built a 'Light' online version with the strategic view of transitioning back to their programs once the restrictions are lifted.
We were thrilled to chat to Tim Ryan, CEO of Lord Somers Camp and Power House to find out how they were able to adapt so quickly and effectively.
